Cat Quotables-Cats Bring Cheer

Her sinuous back was curled
Around a straying sunbeam
Which seemed to catch and hold her
In a deep and friendly dream.
The sight brought warm comfort
To my lonely flat...
Which is a bit more cheerful...
Now, that I have a cat.
